Lively Run Chevre:

Our Chevre is made in the traditional French style, and presented in small logs, plain or herbed. It is very creamy and smooth. Herbed logs are rolled in the particular herb which complements the natural flavor of our chevre with one of six delicious flavors. Make your selection of Plain or Herbed vacuum packed logs from the following list.

Cayuga Blue: Our goat blue cheese is unique, with a flavor as deep and rich as the lake it is named after. It's texture is creamy, and the blue is not overpowering, allowing the unique flavor of goat milk to deepen and mature. Our blue cheese is available by the piece in the following size wedges:
